Walk up the imposing lobby staircase of this Art Deco hotel to find Great Western 1 ballroom, located on the first floor, waiting to host your guests. With 282 sq. metres of space this pillar-less meeting room, filled with natural daylight, can take up to 350 guests. Enjoy the comfortable chairs and multipurpose tables and use the dedicated foyer are for pre- or post-event networking, coffee breaks or a hearty lunch for your guests. The closely located cloak and rest rooms and fully equipped business centre, ensures you will have everything you need at hand.

A versatile event space with natural light and views of the Oval wicket, ideal for presentations, dinners, and gala events.

The 175 suite is in our new stand, it is the largest space in stadium, it can hold up to 700 delegates theatre stye with floor to ceiling glass along the pitch facing walls. Included in the room is an organisers office as well as a viewing platform, perfect for pre-dinner entertainment. This room has access onto a private terrace as well as direct access into the Pavilion for breakout spaces.
This space is also perfect for private dining, banquets and networking events.

A 210-seat lecture theatre in Westminster with AV equipment, ideal for conferences and workshops.

Located on the ground floor of the building, the Lecture Theatre has fixed tiered seating for up to 210 guests. Perfect for Launches, Lectures, Conferences and Workshops.

The room hire includes the use of the Marble Hall and adjoining Gallery located on the lower ground floor for registration and catering, a technician during the hours booked and audio visual equipment (data projector, lectern, 6 top table microphones, 2 hand held radio microphones, 4 tie clip radio microphones, laptop)

A versatile auditorium with state-of-the-art technology for conferences, meetings, and training days.

This on-site technical support, combined with the capacity to stage video-conferencing and satellite links, offers organisers all the facilities and expertise needed to stage even the most demanding conferencing event. Frobisher Auditorium is located adjacent to the Frobisher Rooms, ensuring other syndicate and catering areas are just a short walk away. Frobisher is ideal for conferences, meetings and training days. There are four simultaneous translation booths which include the service of a fully dedicated technician. The auditorium has fully integrated stage lighting and sound rigs.

Steeped in history, the Hoare Memorial Hall has a stately atmosphere, having played host to the House of Commons for a period during the Second World War. Its elegant oak-paneling, Art Deco Chandeliers, built-in stage, and gallery give the room a strong personality.

The hall is often used in conjunction with the Assembly Hall as a breakout room or on its own for Conferences, Seminars, Meetings, Press Launches, Product Launches, Exhibitions, and Training sessions. 

With its 6.5m ceiling and large windows, the Hoare Memorial Hall is ideal for conferences with up to 270 attendees.
