The Historic Domus offers a unique venue for your meeting or conference. It is one of two remaining buildings from the original 13th century Beaulieu Abbey. The Domus has charming original features such as exposed beams, open fire and original stone walls creating a memorable meeting, conference or AGM. The room can hold up to 130 guests, 90 cabaret style and 60 boardroom. It is equipped with a PA system, stage, screen and projector and the room is also pillar free.

Hartford and Bellamy Boardrooms

We have a choice of boardrooms available to hire, including the newly refurbished Hartford and Bellamy rooms. Our Hartford room can seat up to 30 delegates theatre style and 24 boardroom style. The Bellamy suite can seat 12 boardroom style. Each room has its own screen and projection, Natural daylight, free wifi internet access and provide a great backdrop in the heart of the New Forest. We can offer full day delegate packages to include refreshments throughout the day and lunch. Guests can also have a full entrance to the National Motor Museum.

The National Motor Museum

Enjoy dinner with the cars in the world renowned National Motor Museum which houses a unique collection of over 300 vehicles and tells the story of motoring in Britain. from the 1980's to the present day. The Museums origins go back to 1956 when Lord Montague created the Montague motor Museum as a tribute to his father John, one of Britain's motoring pioneers. The current building designed by architect Leonard Manasseh was opened in 1972 by HRH The Duke of Kent. Many of the exhibits are in working order and are driven on rallies, such as the London-Brighton Veteran car run.

Lecture Theatre

Our purpose built lecture theatre seats up to 220 guests. With a full range of projection facilities and BOSE stereo sound it is the ideal setting for a presentation or conference. With its own side entrance guests can enter at ease and with only a short walk from the attraction, they can also benefit fro the National Motor Museum. The lecture theatre is fitted with a full suite of VA equipment all included for you and free Wifi. The foyer of the theatre is suitable for registration, welcome drinks, refreshments and light buffets.
