Adjoining our reception, The Thames Suite is a multi-functional space that can either divided into two delegate rooms or opened up for a larger conference, with outstanding views across the River Thames and onto Home Park. There is a terrace which can be used as a breakout area for delegates. The room is large enough to accommodate eighty people, but can seat 20 people and not feel lost in the space. The room is decorated with natural tones and benefits from natural daylight, courtesy of floor to ceiling windows along the full length of the room.
The Marquee & Front Lawns

The Britannia Suite

Offering a flexible approach to room layouts and with plenty of natural light; delegates visiting Ravens Ait Island are afforded a unique and focussed experience. Our job is to help you convey the message and theme of your conference; creating a relaxing atmosphere and giving you the tools to do your job. Our versatile approach to conferencing is important to us and each conference or meeting has a dedicated co-ordinator on hand to help execute your vision for your event.
Reception

After being transported on Ravens Ait Island's private launches, disembark at the grand step and move into the Reception area. The Reception area is the ideal place to greet your guests before your meetings commence in either the Thames or the Britannia Suites. Why not use it for break times and have your teas and coffees served in the reception with the comfy armchairs that overlook the River? Or if you need it as an extra break out space for team building? Two passenger launches are assigned for each event, with eighteen seats available on each of them.
