The Goulburn lodge rich in historic architecture is one of Manchester Halls most distinctive rooms. With its oak panelled walls and original Freemasons chequerboard flooring guests can enjoy the regal surroundings for ceremonies or evening receptions.

With 10 individually designed function suites available, Manchester Hall can cater for larger organisations and office parties of up to 360, as well as smaller more intimate gatherings. Our function suites can be arranged to suit your party's needs and all have high-specification PA systems and a space for DJ booths. Whatever you are celebrating, Manchester Hall is the chicest and most individualistic space providing bespoke packages for theming and catering. Manchester Hall is also pleased to plan group celebrations for any religious or seasonal celebrations.

The Library is another room with multiple functions. It can be booked as an intimate standalone space or as an ancillary room for larger guest numbers, due to its adjoining doors into the Museum. It has a feature black marble fireplace and pointers to its Freemasons past, including the old books used from the Freemasonry, that line the bookshelves along the Library walls.

This is one of the most intimate rooms available in Manchester Hall. Its size and shape is optimised for smaller business meetings. It can be arranged for tea and coffee to be provided for any meetings booked into the Study.

The Gallery with its oak panelled design creates a unique yet light interior.The period windows open to a balcony which overlooks Bridge Street give the room a classic yet regal feel. Its intimate size makes it ideal for smaller conferences and meetings.

This former Freemasons Lodge is one of our most traditional rooms with extensive wood panelling. However, it can be styled to suit your requirements. Versatile to create traditional occasions or host a unique event, perfect for smaller function hire. With its maximum capacity of 72 guests, the room can host any private or corporate reception, dining, or any other event. This space is ideal for wedding ceremonies, as its adjoining doors into the Gallery, means your wedding celebrations can continue into your wedding meal and evening reception.

The Club room provides a special setting for intimate dinners and smaller meetings. Interictally decorated with beautifully finished oak panelled walls, detailed plaster work on the ceiling and a marble fireplace being the focal point. The Club room makes an excellent space for weddings and conferences, located adjacent to the Gallery and Drawing Room.
