Gallery is the largest space that we have available to hire. Approximately 125sm of floor space this venue is extremely versatile and will suit most functions. Located just past our reception desk the space feels open and airy when you first step into it. The room has large panel lighting that is adjustable to create a wide range of lighting conditions to suit your needs. Tables, chairs, AV equipment and catering can all be arranged to best suit the type of event. The venue would be absolutely idea for conferences, business meetings, team meetings. Break-out spaces are also available.

With its convenient street access and generous windows, the Communal Project Space is the smaller and more affordable of our two exhibition-dedicated spaces. Well suited to a variety of creative arts used the venue is highly versatile. Upcoming availability: November to December 2023. This space has one large wall that can be used to show works and would be well suited as an add-on space if you are looking to also hire our Gallery venue

esea contemporary(Previously named Centre for Chinese Contemporary Art) is the UK's only non-profit art centre specialising in presenting and platforming artists and art practives that identify with and are informed by East and Southeast Asian (ESEA) cultural backgrounds.

Our RIBA award-winning building located in central Manchester’s buzzing Northern Quarter provides the perfect venue for all sorts of events.

We have are able to offer a dedicated meeting room space, a exhibition gallery and two breakout rooms. Whole building hire is also an option.
