Our full venue hire gives you just that, full and exclusive use of the complete pub, which consists of the main bar with pool table & a small side room upstairs, with a Karaoke room & secret courtyard garden downstairs in the basement. Plenty of room for groups of up to 200
Karaoke Room
The private room in our basement is fully equipped with its own private bar, sound system screen & karaoke machine with over 80,000 songs to choose from. As long as you are a group of between 15-40 (and all at least 21 years of age), you can hire this great room for only £150 and it's yours any time from 5 pm through until midnight on your chosen date. There is a minimum spend requirement of £400 and we include in the price your own private bartender for that extra special VIP feel. Payment of the hire fee in full is required at the time of confirmation of your booking.

Dating from the mid 19th century and located 200 yards from Stamford Bridge stadium, The Chelsea Pensioner is quirky and fun. We offer bookings for groups as small as a table, right up to the full venue for groups of up to 200.
There is a large main bar with a pool table & a small side room upstairs, with a Karaoke room holding up to 40 and a secret courtyard/garden in the basement.
Prices are extremely competitive, especially considering the location and we are more than willing to tailor a rental based around your precise needs.
