Having worked in collaboration with several film screening companies the front lawns of the museum have hosted over 500 people per night to enjoy movies as the sun goes down, drowning out the hubbub of East London with wireless headphones for an enjoyable and unique screening experience.

Georgian Room

As a dedicated event space, the Georgian room can be used through the day and night, independent of the museum's opening hours. With direct access to the space from the front lawns, it is ideally located for pop-up events, located right on Kingsland Road. The adjacent kitchen makes it suitable for pop-up restaurants and dining experiences as well as catering to a private party or press events.

The Museum of the Home explores home and home life from 1600 to the present day through a collections evoking London living rooms and gardens through the ages. The museum's green and peaceful setting in a central location make it an ideal venue for any occasion; receptions, cocktail parties, press launches, talks, meetings and wedding receptions.
