Velodrome Track Centre
Host your conference or exhibition in the iconic velodrome. The track centre is a unique area to hold your event, with the velodrome track surrounding the space. Combine your booking with one of our meeting rooms or suites - perfect for breakout areas. This space can also be used for dinners, parties, award ceremonies and presentations.
Meeting Rooms
Our two largest meeting rooms at Lee Valley VeloPark, can cater for up to 50 guests theatre style and can be set up to your requirements to ensure for a productive day at this London venue. Floor to ceiling windows provide natural light and views of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park or our road circuit. Complete with AV unit, 75" TV, multiple power sockets and data ports it provides the perfect space for a meeting, presentation or training sessions. You can hire both rooms to create a break out space if required.
Suites
From business meetings to cocktail receptions our inter-connecting five suites at Lee Valley VeloPark are a flexible space for a range of events from presentations to product launches. Together our suites can accommodate up to 250 delegates. All the suites have floor to ceiling windows and look onto our traffic-free road cycling circuit which makes for a memorable meeting space at this iconic venue. Prices and capacities are per suite.
Concourse Pods
Our wraparound concourse of the velodrome track is the perfect setting for large or small privates lunches, dinners or drinks reception. With views of the track you can watch any cycling action taking place in this magnificent venue. This awe-inspiring venue will provide a memorable client lunch or drinks reception.
