Wellcome Trust Lecture Hall and City of London Rooms
The most impressive of the spaces, can be used for meetings, conferences, dinners and receptions. It is fully air conditioned and has large windows. The sophisticated audio visual system can be controlled from the technician’s box or directly from the speaker’s platform, and features state of the art webcasting facilities among its features. It can accommodate conferences for up to 277 guests.
The Council Room
The Council Room is a beautiful boardroom located on the first floor of the venue, that can accommodate up to 30 guests. It offers plenty of natural daylight and has its own private ante room for catering.

Situated in the historic Library of the Royal Society, this grand space is the ideal location for any event. Wolfson Room One is very popular for board meetings, presentations, lectures, workshops, training sessions and briefings. Wolfson Room Two is the dedicated catering space, which is connected to Wolfson One. Both rooms always come together.

The Kohn Centre is richly decorated with wood panelled marquetry, and its walls are hung with portraits of past presidents of the Royal Society. It is the perfect medium sized conference facility, which works well for presentations, lectures or workshops. The room is fully air-conditioned, soundproofed, and allows for flexible audio-visual requirements, including hybrid events and livestreaming. It comes with its private catering space, the Marble Hall, which is decorated in the Venetian style and can host up to 100 standing.

This area is also used by the Royal Society to exhibit some of its own artefacts, artwork and records, providing an entertaining diversion for your guests.

Located on the first floor at Carlton House Terrace, Wolfson Room Three is a beautiful small room, ideal for boardroom meetings of up to 20. It is perfect for fully in person as well as hybrid events. With views over St James's Park and the Mall, it also works well as a breakout space or green room for events taking place in Wolfson Room One & Wolfson Room Two.
