For most private dining and event bookings, there is a minimum spend of £1,000 - £2,000 depending on the package type. Day delegate rates for larger corporate events are based on a minimum of usually 50 attendees.

The main events floor can accommodate up to 180 guests for corporate events in Portland Heights and up to 100-150 guests in cabaret setup per the space features. The Salvation Bar accommodates up to 40 seated guests for private dining or buffet events.

External catering is permitted however kitchen access is not included, all food must arrive at the venue ready to serve. External beverage is not permitted.

Private event space is subject to availability and can book out months in advance during busy periods. Some dates require flexibility, and minimum guest numbers or spends may apply.

Event clients receive a 25% discount at Q-Park Piazza when pre-booked with code BHQPP25. Discounted accommodation rates are available for event delegates via pre-negotiated group room blocks as quoted.

Bookings require a non-refundable deposit - amount dependent on the booking value. Cancellation terms vary per event.

The events floor offers ninth-floor, floor-to-ceiling windows with city skyline views. Natural daylight, up-to-date AV, multiple room configurations (cabaret, classroom, theatre), and fully private use of spaces such as the Salvation Bar are all signature aspects.

Availability is confirmed via email; dates can be held for a short period if requested, but deadlines to confirm are enforced when there are multiple enquiries. A signed contract and deposit payment (amount quoted case by case) are required to secure the booking.

Events can typically run between 09:00–17:00 for day bookings and up to 01:00 for evening dining/private parties. Access for setup may be available from 06:00 by prior arrangement. Out-of-hours use or additional setup/pack down time should be confirmed during enquiry and may incur extra charges.

The standard day delegate rate starts from £40–£50 per person including VAT. Packages typically include venue hire, tea and coffee, hot buffet lunch, morning and afternoon pastries/sweet treats, still and sparkling bottled water, stationery, flipcharts, 120" HD projector screen, PA and sound system, and use of up to three microphones.

For many packages, all essential venue services are included in the per person rate. For receptions or private dining, additional drinks packages are optional, e.g., house wine (4 bottles for £80), prosecco (4 bottles for £120), bottled beers (20 for £100).
