If you are looking for a spacious venue for a wedding reception or ceremony of up to 300 guests, the Elgar Suite is ideal. With direct access to the car park, guests are sure to receive full privacy during your special day. Flexible seating arrangements, dance floor, private bar, cloak room and natural daylight make it the perfect space for a wedding lunch or dinner. The suite has a beautiful herb garden adjacent to it and has the historic Malvern Priory as a backdrop. You can work alongside our experienced chefs and dedicated events team to get every little detail perfect for your big day.

The Garden Room is a modern extension of the Beeches Restaurant. The light-filled room features large French windows overlooking the hotel's landscaped gardens. It also has direct access to a private terrace and charcoal barbecue area, making it ideal for Summer parties and events. You can make your corporate events fun and memorable as the hotel gardens offer the perfect backdrop for training days, team building activities and group events. Companies also enjoy booking the Garden Room for Christmas parties and lunch meetings.

The Maitland suite is located on the ground floor, just behind reception. This room can accommodate up to 30 guests for private dining. The room has natural daylight and fully controllable air conditioning.

The Parkland Suite is our largest function room. Offering a capacity of 200 theatre and 80 cabaret with a modern design. The room is situated on the ground floor. The room has partitions and can be separated into one area for 120 theatre and one area for 60 theatre.
