The Hall of India and Pakistan is located in the art deco extension to the club, built in 1937.

A large room, with period features including original wood panelling which was presented to ROSL from the Indian and Pakistani government. The room can seat up to 140 guests on round tables of 10 or up to 200 for a standing reception.

Please note that this venue does not allow any external catering or dry hire.

The Lily Wedding Package costs £244 plus VAT per guest with a minimum of 30 guests. It includes one hour sparkling wine reception, 8 canapés, three course dinner with tea/coffee and petit fours, half bottle of house wine with meal, champagne toast, white linen, silver cake stand and knife, room hire for Garden Lawn (one hour drinks reception) and Princess Alexandra Hall (access from 18:00-23:00), and event management.

No, Six Park Place does not offer dry hire due to very limited kitchen facilities available to external caterers. All events must use the venue's in-house catering services, and external catering is not permitted.

The Garden Lawn can accommodate 40 guests standing for arrival drinks reception, featuring an English Country Garden setting with panoramic views into Green Park. The Princess Alexandra Hall seats 40 guests on round tables with space for a dance floor, offering a modern blank canvas with advanced technology and integrated audio-visual system.

To confirm your booking, you must provide written confirmation with contact details and billing address. A signed contract and deposit of 100% of the Room Hire and Minimum Catering Spend (or 100% of Package Price based on minimum numbers) is required within one week of confirmation.

Yes, overnight accommodation is available at the Clubhouse on the night of your event, subject to availability. For reservations, you need to contact the Reservations Department separately.

Entertainment is not included in The Lily Wedding Package and will be charged at additional cost. A discretionary 12.5% service charge on food and beverage will be added to all final invoices, though you can opt out by informing the Sales & Events Team before the final invoice is raised.

The Garden Lawn holds 40 guests standing for receptions. The Princess Alexandra Hall accommodates 40 guests on round tables with dance floor space, or up to 150 guests theatre style with staging. The Hall of India & Pakistan can seat up to 140 guests on round tables or 200 for standing receptions.

In the Garden area, only jazz, classical or acoustic background music is permitted, keeping with the Clubhouse environment and neighbourhood requirements. The Princess Alexandra Hall has integrated audio-visual systems and is designed for performances with superb acoustics.

Access times vary by space and package. The Lily Wedding Package includes Garden Lawn access for one hour drinks reception and Princess Alexandra Hall access from 18:00-23:00. Specific access arrangements should be confirmed during booking as they depend on your event requirements and other bookings.
