Markers 2, 3 & 4 presented by FIS provide the perfect backdrop for smaller scale events. The space can be partitioned off to create three separate smaller spaces or combined as one large multi-function room. It is kitted out with multiple screens, has flexible seating arrangements and provides a fantastic view of the river.

Capacities are based on partitioned spaces but can be combined to match those shown in Marker 1, presented by FIS.

The day delegate rate for Markers 3 is £132.00 per person (excluding 20% VAT). This includes exclusive use of the space, TV screen, round tables and chairs, still & sparkling water on tables, breakfast (selection of pastries and hot drinks), lunch (sandwich and salad buffet with sides), and afternoon refreshments (carrot cake and hot drinks).

Waters Edge venue hire costs £7,200.00 (excluding 20% VAT) for a single hire. This space is used for breakfast and lunch service and can be hired over multiple days. For a two-day event, this would provide dedicated catering space separate from your main meeting area.

Yes, Markers 2, 3 & 4 can be partitioned off to create three separate smaller spaces or combined as one large multi-function room. The spaces offer fully flexible layouts and can be reconfigured to match the capacity requirements shown in Marker 1 when combined.

The space includes multiple digital screens, state-of-the-art AV equipment, and high-speed WiFi. There's also the ability to blackout the space completely for presentations. TV screens are included as part of the day delegate rate package.

Catering can be provided through the day delegate rate package or separately.
