The Lava Lounge is located on the ground floor with the bar and lounge area.

What are the minimum spend requirements for each dining space?

Claude's requires a minimum food and beverage spend of £5,000, Itamae requires £8,000, and the Lava Lounge requires £10,000. All minimum spends are subject to an additional 15% service charge and must be prepaid as a deposit when booking.

What are the standard operating hours for dining events?

The Lava Lounge is typically available from 18:00 until 00:00 (6pm to midnight). Other spaces may have different availability, and some events have been quoted for daytime slots from 12:00-16:00 for lunch events.

How does the menu system work for group dining events?

All guests must dine from the same set menu for groups of nine and over. Sample group dining menus start from £95 per person and are served sharing style at the table, featuring dishes from four distinct kitchens to provide the full Nikkei experience.

What dietary requirements can be accommodated?

The venue can cater to specific dietary requirements including vegan and vegetarian alternatives. However, all guests must still dine from the same base menu structure to ensure smooth service for larger groups.

What is the booking and payment process?

To secure a booking, you need a signed copy of their standard contract and the agreed minimum spend must be prepaid as a deposit. This deposit is then redeemed against the final bill on the day of the event.

What entertainment and technical facilities are available?

The Lava Lounge features live DJs and floor-to-ceiling bi-foldable windows. Claude's has a DJ booth available for standing events, while Itamae features an open sushi counter for interactive dining experiences.

Can the spaces accommodate both seated dining and standing receptions?

Yes, most spaces offer flexibility. The Lava Lounge accommodates up to 60 seated or 80 standing, Claude's handles 20 seated or 50 standing, while Itamae is designed specifically for seated dining only with up to 40 guests.
