Our impressive wood-panelled Library emulates the opulence of the library at the Travellers' Club, from which it takes its inspiration. The Library evokes an antique, literati charm, offering a serene and decadent atmosphere, featuring well-stocked bookshelves, an intimate terrace, and a beautiful view across to Hyde Park. Crystal Chandeliers add to the elegance, enhancing the play of light across rich walls and antique parquet flooring. The Library is versatile, bright and airy with a touch of antique elegance, a wonderful space for conferences, celebrations, cocktail parties and dinners.

More about University Women's Club

Located in Mayfair, moments away from Hyde Park, the University Women’s Club has offered itself to its members as a retreat from the stresses of London, serving well-sourced, delicious, and seasonal food alongside great coffee and delectable drinks within an elegant, secure space for over 100 years.

Our home in Audley Square was designed by TH Wyatt and built for Lord Arthur Russel in 1876 and was purchased by the members from the Russel Family in 1921.
