Private hire of the Events space (Meteorite floor) starts at £18,315 including VAT and 10% service charge for a 5-hour daytime event. This includes exclusive use of the Meteorite course, Terrace, Fairground Bar, and Boathouse, plus unlimited golf, private bar, street food, complimentary cloakroom, and event planner. What is the capacity for the Events space and can it accommodate different group sizes?

The Events space can accommodate up to 270 guests for exclusive hire of the full Meteorite floor. For smaller groups, individual areas are available: Palm Lounge holds up to 50 guests (from £5,737.50), and Gin Terrace holds up to 50 guests (from £7,500). The venue can accommodate events across two floors for up to 900 guests total.

What are the standard operating hours and time restrictions for private events?

Events typically run until close (around midnight/1am). The venue is usually 18+ only, but family packages are available on Sundays before 6pm with specific time slots (11am-12:30pm, 12:30pm-2pm, 2pm-3:30pm, 3:30pm-5pm). All under 18s must vacate by 6pm on Sundays.

How does the booking process work and what payment is required to secure a date?

Swingers cannot hold dates without payment due to high demand. Once you approve a proposal, they send a contract with payment details for an initial deposit that secures your booking. Site visits can be arranged to view the space and meet the team before booking.

What entertainment and activities are included in the Events space hire?

The Events space includes unlimited use of the 9-hole Meteorite crazy golf course, Swingers Carnival with 30 retro arcade games, DJ from 6pm/7pm, and a 3D photo podium. Some packages include specific game allocations (5-9 games per person for Carnival).

What food and beverage options are available and are external caterers allowed?

The venue provides street food from three of London's best vendors including Pizza Pilgrims, Patty&Bun, Breddos Tacos, and Crosstown.
