The Neko Box at Hijingo

Package 1.0 costs £35 per person (£29 off-peak) and includes six rounds of bingo, one house drink per person, and sharing bites/fries. Package 2.0 costs £45 per person (£39 off-peak) with two house drinks and additional food. Package 3.0 costs £59 per person (£49 off-peak) including a welcome cocktail, three house drinks, and the full food selection. All packages include a 12.5% service charge.

Private game sessions before opening hours (ending by 5pm) require a minimum spend of £4,000 plus VAT plus 12.5% service charge. If you don't reach the minimum spend, your total cost including service charge will be £5,400. This minimum goes towards all food, drinks, and the cost of bingo.

A full Hijingo bingo session lasts 90 minutes total, consisting of a 30-minute bingo game, 15-minute interval, then another 30-minute bingo game. Each game has 3 prizes ranging from robot hoovers to European holidays for 2. Winners go on stage with the dancing bots, and you have access to The Lucky Cat Bar after the session.

The main Hijingo room has a maximum capacity of 200 people with fixed seating, plus additional standing room. The Lucky Cat reception bar can accommodate up to 150 standing guests. For meetings and conferences, there's a minimum of 70 delegates required and maximum of 200.

A 25% confirmation deposit is required to secure your event, with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due no later than 28 days prior to the event date, along with dietary requirements and pre-orders for food, drinks, and activities. Bookings may be released without these secured.

The venue includes 2 handheld microphones, two mirror screens with HDMI connection for presentations, and stadium-grade lighting that can match company logo colors. There are 2 additional TV screens in The Lucky Cat bar for displaying company logos. For hybrid events or additional tech requirements, partner company F1 Sound can provide quotes.

Minimum spends vary significantly by day: Monday £9,000, Tuesday £16,000, Wednesday £20,000, Thursday £28,000, Friday £32,000 (all plus VAT plus 12.5% service charge). These amounts are fully convertible into food, drinks, and activities with no separate venue hire fee.

Day Delegate packages cost £40 per person plus VAT for half-day (breakfast OR lunch, snack break, unlimited beverages) or £55 per person plus VAT for full-day (breakfast AND lunch, snack break, unlimited beverages). Both include room hire and AV equipment use. Minimum 70 delegates, maximum 200.

A summer package upgrade offer is available where you get upgraded to the next package level at no extra cost. This requires a minimum of 8 guests, must be booked by 31st August, available Tuesday-Sunday, and valid for any slot until 23rd November.

For private sessions before opening hours, events must end by 5pm. The latest a 90-minute game session can start is 3:30pm to meet this requirement. Regular operational hours have different minimum spends, with the last slot at 8pm (arrival from 6:30pm) having higher costs.
