SPACE at Victus Soul Limited

Victus Soul is a boutique studio in Aldgate comprising of a Soul Bar, Main Reception, 2 x Changing Rooms and 2 x Studios (HIIT&BOX and HIIT&RUN). The space is perfect for corporate events and classes can be arranged for team building events followed by socials or presentations. Suitable events: training, team building, workshops, photoshoots, exhibitions etc.

Victus Soul is a HIIT focused studio specialising in running and boxing inspired group exercise classes. The studio incorporates two studios with luxury facilities, top of the range equipment and a Soul Bar serving artisan coffee, premium protein shakes and healthy snacks. The workouts are build on two unique instructor-led classes, HIIT & RUN and HIIT & BOX. The classes provide cardio training using treadmills or boxing bags combined with strength training using a custom bench, bells etc. The studio also had a large open plan entrance area which can be used as event space.
