Wild and foraged ingredients are key to the menus Mark creates and the Glenarm Estate beef is sold exclusively to Mark by Peter Hannan. A must-try for any meat lover.
The Chop House is perfectly suited to large parties dining from our seasonal feast menus with semi-private areas within the restaurant, and the restaurant can also be booked out in its entirety.
