A signed event contract and 50% deposit are required upfront to confirm booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event date. Cancellations require 4 weeks written notice for a refund - cancellations after this time result in deposit forfeiture, and deposits are non-refundable for non-attendance.
