The Arena requires a minimum spend of £8,000 including VAT for exclusive hire. Semi-private options are available with a reduced minimum spend of £3,000 total. Payment is used against food and drinks pre-orders or as a bar tab on the day.

The Arena can house up to 60 guests for meetings with breakout areas. For larger events, half of The Arena floor can accommodate groups, with the venue handling events for 120-300 people depending on the specific requirements and layout.

The Arena includes unlimited use of 2 ping pong tables and 2 pool tables as standard. Additional games and activities across the building cost £1,000-£1,500 for the duration of the event, which includes access to 5 championship-sized ping pong tables, 2 pool tables, 2 darts oches, and beer pong.

The Arena features 11 HD TV screens suitable for presentations and live sport viewing. AV support for bands, awards ceremonies, or presentations costs £500, including stage, microphone, and screen setup. The venue has the technical capability to support live entertainment and corporate presentations.

A signed event contract and 50% deposit are required upfront to confirm booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event date. Cancellations require 4 weeks written notice for a refund - cancellations after this time result in deposit forfeiture, and deposits are non-refundable for non-attendance.

The venue has a strict license prohibiting anyone under 18 from being on the premises past 8pm. This applies to all corporate events and parties, so any team building or corporate events with younger attendees must conclude before 8pm.

The venue offers various packages starting from £35 per person, including options for buffet meals, canapés, and bowl food. Christmas packages are available at £60 per person including drinks, food, and entertainment. All catering includes a 12.5% service charge and rates are inclusive of VAT.

Exclusive hire of The Arena includes access to an outdoor balcony, a roped-off area exclusive for your guests, and all gaming facilities. The space is designed for both formal meetings and informal networking with breakout areas for activities after business sessions.

Due to high demand, the venue cannot hold spaces for enquiries - bookings must be confirmed immediately with contract and deposit. Events require final confirmation 2 weeks before the event date when the remaining balance is due.

Corporate events typically run from 9am-5pm for day events, with evening events from 6:30pm-midnight. The venue can accommodate flexible timings, but bookings are only confirmed for the specific times stated in the contract and any changes may affect cancellation rights.
