The Beatrice Webb Room can be used for a wedding ceremony up to 125 seated and is fully licensed. The room is lightly decorated with a small amount of art around the room and makes for the perfect back drop to the Mall/St James's Park.

Whether you prefer to be seated or standing, the Beatrice Webb Room boasts capacities of 100 for a wedding breakfast and 150 guests standing. With the light colour of the room, you can decorate as you please to make the room suitable for your perfect day.

Whenever the Beatrice Webb Room is hired, you immediately receive the Gallery space for drinks.




Frequently asked questions

Wedding venue hire runs from 2pm until midnight with supplier access from 12pm. Weekday hire starts from £4,825 VAT exempt, while weekend hire starts from £7,175 VAT exempt. There's currently a £1,000 discount available for weddings taking place in October or November 2025.

For smaller weddings, 10 Carlton House Terrace includes a private lobby, Council Room, Barnard Room, and Radhakrishnan Room. For larger weddings up to 100 guests, 11 Carlton House Terrace includes a private lobby, Gallery, Music Room, and Beatrice Webb Room. The maximum seated capacity for ceremony and dinner is 100 guests in the Beatrice Webb Room.

The venue has a detailed list of Approved Suppliers for Audio Visual, Production, and Floristry, plus Recommended suppliers. Use of third-party suppliers outside of this approved list must be agreed in writing by the venue before booking.

All catering is provided exclusively by Searcys, the venue's in-house catering partner. They can design bespoke menus including halal or South Asian inspired catering options. Specific menu details and pricing are provided in their wedding brochure upon enquiry.

The Music Room on its own is not large enough to host both dinner and drinks for 40-50 people. You would need to book an additional room alongside the Music Room to accommodate both ceremony and reception elements of your wedding.

To process your enquiry, the venue needs to retain your contact details initially. If proceeding to booking, they'll require more detailed information including full signatory details, organisation information, contact details, and finance contact information to draw up the contract.

Upon receipt of the signed hire agreement, the venue will send you a 50% deposit invoice. You must wait to receive this invoice before making any payment as you'll need to quote the invoice number for processing.

Standard wedding hire runs from 2pm until midnight with supplier setup access from 12pm. There are late catering fees of £300 plus VAT per hour after 11pm, and additional charges may apply for services required before 8am.

Yes, Searcys can provide halal catering and South Asian inspired menus, though they note they are not specialised in South Asian catering. They can design bespoke menus to accommodate various dietary requirements and cultural preferences.

The venue staff work flexible hours and may not be available between 9am and 5pm. For urgent replies, you can call 0207 969 5224. All booking changes and supplier approvals must be confirmed in writing by the venue.
