The Tavern Meeting Rooms are on the second tier of the Tavern Stand, with magnificent views of the pitch from the balcony. On match days, these ten rooms are the private boxes from which celebrity guests can sip champagne and view the game. Throughout the rest of the year, they are an outstanding space for syndicate rooms or for smaller meetings.

The elegantly furnished Writing Room is a beautifully proportioned and intimate setting for smaller lunches, dinners or receptions. Hung with famous paintings of cricketing scenes, it offers excellent views of the Ground from the north end of the Pavilion.
The Executive Centre is located on the ground floor and offers over 161 square metres of space for your delegates. It is an intimate and private area to host a wide range of meeting, training and workshops for up to 60 theatre style or 40 cabaret style. In this room we often hold IOSH training, additional storage space for exhibitions such as Focus London and BellaVita, book launches, weekly boardroom meetings and VIP for Casual Dining
The Ann Rylands Room is an ideal meeting space for up to 12 people. A lovely room, full of light and charm with access to it's own private rooftop terrace which is ideal for summer meetings. The space can also be used as a meeting breakout space in addition to the other first floor spaces. This Central London meeting space is perfect for smaller gatherings.
The Burdett Suite, adjacent to the Orangery, is ideal for grand-scale celebrations and flamboyant entertainment. Perfect for an Awards Ceremony with our built in spotlights or dinner dance with mesmerising LED lighting that is built into the design of the room through the walls and ceiling, the atmosphere in the Burdett Suite changes depending on the event. The space comes with a stage that can be configured to suit the event and is fully accessible via a portable lift if required. The space holds up to 204 for a seated Awards Ceremony with a stage or 400 for a standing reception.
This secluded haven of outside space truly exemplifies all things great with The Royal Horseguards Hotel and One Whitehall Place. Away from the hustle and bustle of London Life, The Terrace is a perfect spot to enjoy your big day with a Champagne reception with a stunning backdrop of the London Skyline.
The Mall room is situated on the Number 10 side of Carlton House Terrace and offers real artistic feel to this room. The Mall room has a wide range of art based on the British Academy past and present and offers great views of the Mall all the way down towards Buckingham Palace & St James's Park. The Mall room is a great setting for a boardroom meeting (maximum 30), theatre style (maximum 70) event or cabaret setting (maximum 40). For fine dining, the Mall room can comfortably hold 60 guests seated or up to 100 guests for a standing reception.
Wallacespace Clerkenwell Green is the latest addition to the Wallacespace conference venues. The Copper Room is a great space for a board meeting, a small seminar, a workshop, or a training session. The room accommodates ten to twenty people, and is bright, contemporary, and airy, with plenty of light pouring in an expansive, floor-to-ceiling window. The room is set up with full AV equipment that includes a large, portable plasma screen. Our friendly, helpful staff is trained in event planning and organisation, and is available to assist both in the planning and on the day of the meeting.
The '24 Bar and Grill' restaurant can be hired for any requested event, whether it be for corporate events through to private parties and dinners. In walking distance from the two main Manchester train stations; Oxford Road and Manchester Piccadilly, the restaurant is situated perfectly in the heart of Manchester's bustling city.
