TERRA Tasting Room at Tottington Manor

A private dining room beside TERRA Restaurant for 6 to 8 guests, created for a slower, focused tasting experience. Guests choose a 5- or 7-course tasting menu, with optional accompanying wine flights, prepared fresh to order by the TERRA chefs (at least 36 hours' notice) and described as a real taste of Sussex. Defined by bold botanical wallpaper, dark timber beams, exposed brickwork and mustard velvet seating around a linen-dressed round table.

TERRA Restaurant (AA Rosette) serves seasonal Sussex-led catering for private dining, weddings, meetings and celebrations. Spaces run from the 8-seat TERRA Tasting Room and the Inglenook Room to the 180-capacity South Downs Suite with private bar, garden, stretch tent and DJ option.
