A 146-to-200-capacity recital room for music concerts of all types, dance, drama and film screenings, with the bleacher rake extendable to 146 for concert set-up. The room carries Meyer PA, 10.2 surround sound, a Dante audio network for location recording, an SSL L300 desk, LED performance lighting and a fixed truss grid, with soloist, green and orchestral/band rooms included in the hire.

Acoustically modelled concert hall at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, seating 440 or 493 with the stage extension retracted. A raked floor and rear balcony face an orchestra-scale stage suited to concerts, conferences, lectures, product launches, award ceremonies, graduations and film screenings. Meyer PA, 16.2 surround sound, Dante network and laser projection are standard, with soloist and green rooms, bar and catering. Minimum hire four hours.
