We are not your usual party venue - this is a lot more DIY and the capacity is due to limited toilet facilities. We do not have a fully licensed bar but TENs are not usually a problem. We have furniture, props, a treehouse and even a costume cupboard for you to get your hands on! There is a kitchenette area for basic food and drink preparation but hirers may wish to supply their own. Noise in the evenings is not a problem either!
