This festive season, Flavourology, the food experts behind the tantalising Gingerline immersive dining capers have taken over Noho Studios to create an interactive, multi-sensory dining experience to be enjoyed within an art and light installation.
As with all Gingerline creation, food becomes theatre through the presentation of five exceptional gastronomic experiences.
The concept is 'SNÖ' - a Scandinavian food adventure for parties of up to 80 guests. This edible expedition is perfect for foodie groups in search of an alternative to the turkey and tinsel this festive season.

Diners will be encouraged to get truly involved with the food they are about to eat. From following clues on their foraging map to explore the flavours laid out before them to creating a special secret curing recipe (that guests can take home), to using a pestle & mortar to make a sauce for a dish.

Exclusive hire of the venue for up to 80 guests for a four hour experience is £7,900 for a lunch booking, or £9,600 for dinner.
