The space can be arranged in a number of styles including Lecture Theatre, Boardroom, Cabaret or with no furniture at all, and also includes integrated technology designed for presentations, screenings and conferences. Uses: Receptions, networking events, book launches, yoga classes, awards ceremonies, talks, lectures, conferences, workshops and screenings.

The Garden Room is an ideal space for smaller, more informal events, with large windows and easy access to the Gallery's garden. This bright and relaxing space offer flexibility in its use of furniture and is divided into two separate areas including both formal tables and chairs, and also soft chairs and can cater to a variety of style and layouts. Uses: Workshops, small meetings (informal and formal), book clubs, informal events, small drinks receptions.

Glynn Vivian is a vibrant and inspiring free art space for everyone and provides a place for historical, modern and contemporary art exhibitions, talks, lectures and conference, live music performance and events in the heart of Swansea's Bustling artistic quarter.

The Gallery includes dedicated learning spaces, expert conservation studios and collection stores, a 80 seater lecture theatre, a library and archive centre and a new Cafe and shop.

There are excellent transport links; Swansea Central Train Station is a 5 minute walk away and the M4 motorway brings you directly to Swansea.
