Victorian Galleries

Located in the city centre, Manchester Art Gallery has been used as a backdrop for clothing brands, bridal boutiques and TV shows. The Victorian Galleries feature high ceilings, wooden floors, and brightly coloured walls adorned with Pre-Raphaelite artworks. Private access can be accommodated outside gallery opening times. Hire outside opening hours includes access to the entire gallery and crew rooms and catering can be accommodated upon request.
Atrium

The Atrium is a contemporary space which is a beautiful counterpoint to the Museum's Victorian architecture. It is spacious and versatile, able to accommodate up to 200 guests for a spectacular reception, dinner dance, Summer or Christmas party. The dedicated events team can organise guided tours of the phenomenal galleries and diverse temporary exhibitions. The space is filled with light and guests can spill outside on to the terraces in the summer months.
Charles Rutherston & Mary Greg
Capacity: Up to 18 Boardroom guests

The two mirror image Meeting Rooms (Rutherston and Greg) are suitable for boardroom meetings, conferences or training sessions for up to 18 delegates. It is an accessible room and it features AV equipment and free wi-fi . Refreshments can be served throughout the day in the room or in the adjacent cafe.
Lecture Room
