An exclusive-use, family-run luxury wedding venue on private rural grounds beside Derwent Reservoir in County Durham, around 40 minutes from Newcastle. Features restored historic byre, glass-fronted Island Room with 9-metre glass wall, Colin's Bar (reclaimed shipping containers), outdoor lakeside pagoda ceremony setting, and on-site Wood Rooms accommodation for up to 21 guests. Licensed for indoor and outdoor civil ceremonies. In-house catering, dog-friendly, helipad, only two weddings per week.
