Hidden in a Northern Quarter basement, Behind Closed Doors is a speakeasy-style cocktail bar. Located on Oldham street you will need to look out for the neon lights flashing to find the cocktail hotspot.
Founded by Nick Parr, Behind Closed Doors has a sexy theme, with vintage pictures of glamour models covering all the walls and ceilings, mismatched mirrors and Persian rugs. The drinks list includes a list of cocktails with the names being very appropriate to the aesthetic of the bar. The bar also has a DJ booth constructed from shopping trolleys, with DJs playing Disco funk 'n' soul.
