We offer The Pen and Pencil for full venue hire on Sunday and Monday evenings. The bar has a capacity of 250 guests and is perfect for all celebrations including birthdays, anniversaries, engagements and weddings. From a corporate perspective we are suitable for networking meetings, product launches, after work parties and sales conferences. We have two rooms each with their own bar and can come up with bespoke food and drinks packages, all specially created on-site by our Head Chef. We can provide projectors as well as the live music acts and DJs (the latter at an additional cost).

Our back room has a capacity of 65 (seated capacity 35) and is perfect for networking meetings and product launches. It comes with its own exclusive bar which carries a full range of cocktails, craft beers, wines and champagnes. We can cater for your event and offer different slider and canape packages. We have recently hosted companies including Co-op, Boohoo and KPMG. We do not charge a hire fee but do charge a minimum spend.

At The Pen and Pencil, we have a space that lends itself to any occasion. Whether it's a birthday party, business meeting, presentation or hen do, we can help. Our private room can host 65 guests or for a bigger event we also offer the full venue which accommodates up to 200 guests (full venue hire available Sun-Thursday.)
