Rooftop Space
The roof terrace is a clear open space, with a view over the roof tops of the Lewisham and down into the park below. The space makes an excellent back drop for music video's and filming roof top locations. The space is very accessible with a lift running to the top floor. A power socket on the roof means running mains electric for equipment is easy.
Courtyard
The courtyard has recently been redesigned with new graffiti art of our artists in residence. This has made it a very bright space which will make a colourful back drop for video's and photographs. The courtyard can be accessed for a entrance gate, the main building, performance hall and a fire exit. The studio doors are accessible from the courtyard as well as small office. The main toilets are also found off this courtyard.

The Performance hall is a large space suitable for business meetings and small conferences. The hall has a connecting door into the lounge area which can be used for lunch or a breakout area. The room is cool in the summer time and is a blank canvas.

The front of the building has a lot of character. It is an old Victorian building with gothic windows and charming features. The whole building can be hired at the Weekends or for a daily rate.

The Midi Music Company building is based in the heart of Lewisham. This very old quirky Victorian building was built in 1910 and was the Old Deptford Coroners Court. Once housing the dead it is now very much alive and somewhere young people come to make music.
This unique building is made up of three floors mainly small rooms, a performance space on the ground floor, a roof terrace and courtyard which is decorated with new graffiti art of our successful artists.
The building is old, urban but with bags of character and perfect for photography, film locations and video shoots.
