The lower ground floor embodies the traditional Hakkasan setting, with intricate wooden screens allowing intimate dining, while the ground floor encompasses a vibrant bar and a relaxed atmosphere. The kitchen is led by Head Chef Michael Zhen, and the restaurant’s menu features signature dishes, such as Peking duck with caviar and Roasted silver cod with Champagne and honey. A dim sum, dessert and signature menu are also available, as are Hakkasan’s award-winning wine list and signature cocktails.
