Mezcaleria

KOL’s Mezcaleria is an intimate hideaway celebrating the depth and diversity of Mexico’s agave spirits. Tucked beneath the main restaurant, the space evokes the warmth and craft of traditional Mexican cantinas, brought to life through natural textures, soft candlelight, and a curated collection of rare mezcals. The Mezcaleria is ideal for relaxed receptions, agave-led tastings, and atmospheric gatherings. Here, guests can explore bespoke cocktails and small plates that reflect KOL’s commitment to seasonality and the vibrant flavours of Mexico.
