Located on the beautiful Whiteknights Campus of the University of Reading, we offer flexibility, variety and quality facilities for up to 5000. From formal meeting and conference rooms to one of the largest capacity nightclubs in the South of England, at RUSU we have a number of different venues to suit your needs. Capacities; 500 for seated formal events, 5000 for outdoor Festivals, our main 3sixty Venue can accommodate up to 1,750 for live music events and across our 4 Venues we can accommodate events for 2700 with a variety of entertainment (indoor festivals). Car parking for 2000.

A magical and atmospheric English oak barn. A 450 year old listed building just 20 minutes from Central London and 15 minutes from Pinewood studios. This beloved location is very popular for productions and photoshoots. The barn has high-beamed ceilings and massive double doors which open out to a woodland setting. The barn can hold 100 crew.

The W Club and M Club are sumptuously decorated entertainment areas and Foundry North and South are equally impressive more classically-styled rooms.

Seven flexible conference rooms ranging in size and style, Magna Science Adventure Centre has the perfect space whatever your requirements. Theatre Style options for 125 people, Cabaret for up to 70 and boardroom style for 40. Perfect for anything from interviews and seminars to buffet lunches and private dining. Their diversity also means they are perfect for breakout space for much larger events when combined with The Big Hall or The Red Hall. Projection facilities, TV and video, PA systems and flip charts can all be added to complete your event.
Viva Blackpool632 Reception PeopleThe Main Theatre is an ideal venue for conferences and seminars with its commanding stage area and excellent AV facilities. Alternatively with its lighting and full service bar, and our range of linen package and room decor it makes an incredible venue for Gala Dinners, Awards Ceremonies and Corporate Functions. Their are numerous branding opportunities for clients and sponsors and our Executive chef can devise menus to suit all occasions, themes and budgets.
