Within the Private Estate called Hayne Barn, there is a purpose-built, eco-chic Orangery that is constructed using sustainable materials. Within there is an indoor ceremony or drinks reception and dining for 120 plus toilets and is disable access. In addition, there is a former Hunting Lodge (Edward & Mrs Simpson's House when visiting Kent). Within the house, there are six bedrooms and an additional B&B on-site with five bedrooms (total bedrooms on site 11)
