Exclusive Hire at Gaucho Newcastle

Planning an event in Newcastle? Gaucho's private dining rooms on Pilgrim Street offer three distinct spaces for every kind of occasion, from intimate celebrations to large group gatherings. The Greys Room seats up to five guests for the most private of dinners, The Anderson Room brings character and heritage to mid-size parties, and the semi-private mezzanine hosts up to 50 guests within the buzz of the main restaurant. Whatever the occasion, birthdays, corporate dinners, Christmas parties or milestone celebrations.

Pull up a stool at our sweeping centrepiece bar, watch as our open kitchen prepares signature steaks and colourful plates imprinted by the flame, tuck yourself into a mezzanine booth with a loved one and experience the warmth and hospitality of Latin America. Here at Gaucho, the art of flame cooking, expertly mixed cocktails and free-flowing conversation recalls sultry nights in Buenos Aires and the pleasure of gathering to share food. Join us for dinner, post-work cocktails, lunches with friends or private celebrations.
