Art workshops with professional tutors cost £59.50 per person (excluding VAT) for the basic art activity. If you want to include alcoholic drinks like beer and white wine, the price increases to £72.50 per person (excluding VAT). Sessions typically run for 2-3 hours minimum and pricing is charged per person rather than a flat room rate.

The auditorium can accommodate up to 70 people in classroom layout. For creative workshops and team building sessions, groups can go up to 20 people, with pricing adjusted per person. The venue mentions accommodating 150-200 people for larger events like dinners, though specific room capacities vary by space.

A 30% deposit is required to hold your date and secure the space. The remaining balance must be cleared 2 weeks before the event. You can book as soon as possible to organize tutor availability, and final numbers can be confirmed closer to the event date.

The venue is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm for viewings and tours. You can schedule a site visit during these hours by contacting the venue directly. Events can run outside these hours, with sessions possible from 2pm-5pm or evening slots depending on requirements.

External catering and decorators are allowed, but the venue has approved drinks suppliers or charges corkage fees for outside alcohol. Food is generally not allowed in studios, though exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Kitchen use is permitted based on the nature of your event.
