The full venue can accommodate up to 150 guests for private events. Each private karaoke room accommodates 2 to 20 guests. For larger events, multiple rooms are booked, allowing for up to 100+ attendees to rotate between pods and use the bar area. A 30-guest minimum applies for larger event packages.

Events can be scheduled to start as early as 1pm and run as late as 2am depending on the day. Common event times are 18:00-23:00 or midday to 17:00 for day events. Peak rates apply after 7pm Tue-Fri, after 5pm Sat, and after 4pm Sun. Christmas and seasonal events often have set timings (e.g. 2-hour karaoke slots followed by bar time).

All large event quotes include a 12.5% discretionary service charge. Food and drink minimums are mandatory; for example, for 100 guests, food and drink minimums of £1,300-£4,000 are required depending on the package. Add-ons such as DJs (£250), champagne packages (from £250), or extra food platters (£5pp) are available but optional.

Bookings operate on a live system, so availability is only confirmed upon payment in advance. Enquiries can be cancelled if not confirmed promptly. Full payment is required upfront to secure your preferred date and time. For groups of 30+ guests, bookings may be amended or cancelled with a full refund up to 30 days in advance (where specified).

Events are typically 18+ only. You may provide your own DJ if approved by the venue. All food and drink must be provided by Lucky Voice; external catering is not specified as allowed. Drinks minimum spends and food purchases are required for all large bookings.

Bookings include access to private soundproof karaoke rooms (2 mics per room), a large bar area with staff, a dancefloor, and a song catalogue of over 14,000 tracks. For meetings, AV equipment (projector), cabaret-style seating, and food/refreshment packages can be arranged as per quote details.

Rooms are subject to minimum numbers that vary by day and event type (often starting at 30 guests for events packages). Events can use multiple karaoke rooms simultaneously but not as a single large room. Events may be refused or cancelled if minimum spends or numbers are not met or payment is not made in time.

For bookings of 30+ guests (as specified in some quotes), cancellations or amendments are allowed with a full refund up to 30 days in advance of the event. Timely communication is essential as unconfirmed enquiries will be closed by the venue.
