The dining experience in the Kinnaird lounge is at the same level of quality as to the rest of the Restaurant, offering the Italian cuisine based menu for a sited dinner or a carefully designed canapes & bowls twists of the original menu for a standing reception. The menu in any occasion is designed by our executive chef Graziano Bonacina who designs his dishes according to a seasonally evolving philosophy trying to create modern interpretations of the traditional Italian cuisine.
