It all began with a journey through Michelin-stared restaurants in London, the Spice Bazaar in Istanbul, Dim Sum restaurants in Hong Kong and artisanal "Boulangeries" in Provence. We were on a quest to find the finest flavours, recipes, baked goods and their respective secrets.
From bao buns fresh out of bamboo steamers, fluffy Roman-style pizza, and fresh brioche stuffed with lobster, Buns&Buns features a variety of favoured international food al prepared in its open kitchen.
