Michelin-starred Executive Chef, John Williams MBE presents menus to suit every occasion. Drawing inspiration from classic and traditional dishes of the last century and developing light and fresh gourmet cooking. The menus are composed with the 'Best of British' seasonal produce.

In 2002, The Ritz was awarded a Royal Warrant by His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales for Banqueting and Catering Services, becoming the first hotel in the world to receive such an honour.
