Our converted Church Hall dates back to 1869 and is a destination where you can re-energise and nuture your physical and mental wellbeing either through our studio classes of PIlates, Yoga and Meditation, one off events, workshops & retreats or by taking advantage of our two treatment and therapy rooms.
