Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel has six flexible modern spaces in the heart of Glasgow that work for everything from buttoned-up meetings and conferences to let-loose social soirees. (You have to see the custom-built 52-seat table.) Each event suite blends rich wood paneling with contemporary furnishings, and all rooms, overlook leafy Blythswood Square. Additionally, we have a 40-seat screening room, decked out in custom Harris Tweed fabric, that’s great for movie screenings and slide show presentations.

SEC Centre is a part of the Scottish Event Campus (SEC) and offers five interconnected exhibition and event halls with a combined area of over 22,000sqm. The venue is designed by world-renowned architects Foster + Partners and is a truly iconic structure. With its infinite flexibility, SEC Centre is suitable for hosting a wide range of events, meetings, and exhibitions. The venue is located in a stunning riverside location just minutes from the city centre, providing a unique and practical space for events of all shapes and sizes. The SEC Centre is a world-class conference venue with a dedicated train station on site, only 2 stops from the city centre, and Glasgow International Airport is only a 15-minute drive away. The venue also offers 1,500 hotel bedrooms onsite and a further 10,000 within 2km of the SEC, ensuring accommodation options for delegates of various styles and price points. With over 30 meeting spaces, 5 exhibition halls, and 3 auditoria, SEC Centre provides a variety of event spaces to meet different event requirements. SEC Halls offer five interconnected exhibition halls totaling over 22,000㎡. Climb can accommodate up to 260 guests in theatre, 120 guests cabaret style and 130 guests in dinner style with presentation space. Fully air-conditioned, the room is flooded with natural daylight and is equipped with HDMI data projection. Black-out blinds are fitted. Adjacent is a large dedicated breakout zone, perfect for pre-event receptions, exhibitions, networking or informal breakout sessions, not forgetting the all important tea/coffee breaks!
