Winter Weddings in London: It's A White Day For a White Wedding

As Billy Idol almost said, "It's a white day for a white wedding". Had he said that, it almost certainly would have been inspired by opening the curtains one morning, looking out at London blanketed in snow and revelling in the possibilities that London has, thanks to it's incredible winter wedding venues. As the weather begins to chill and mornings are heralded by the glint of the sun on the frosty ground you'll need to find a wedding venue that warms the heart. Here are a few of our favourites that are sure to adjust the central heating of love from tepid to hot.

The Hurlingham Club

Nestled on the banks of the Thames, the Hurlingham Club is a winter paradise just waiting to host your wedding. Founded as a private club to entertain London's gentry, it offers a wonderful space that can host up to 100 guests, for those looking for an elegant and traditional setting. Their most popular space for weddings is the Terrace Room. It offers beautiful views across the clubs stately grounds and if it snows you'll enjoy a truly magical postcard panorama.
