Our 80 acre playground of Devon Countryside includes 3 miles of fly fishing river, beautiful restored Victorian walled garden, pretty Italian Garden, the summer house and woodland walk. The grounds can be used for team building with quad bikes, segways, clay shooting, duck herding etc we also have a Landrover Experience within2 miles of the venue There are 3 outdoor kitchens on site; Med Kitchen, Walled Garden Braai and Chauffeurs hideaway all three of unique styles of outdoor cooking.

The Motor House is home to our collection of nine classic and vintage cars, above them is the meeting room. Built into the eaves and clad in local Douglas Fir the room feel very spacious and cosy. Lots of modern facilities including automated blackout on the velux windows, hi speed 100meg broadband, 75" screen, surround sound, mini mac, boom box and more Kitchenette for refreshments, two toilets and a cloakroom A fabulous out-side balcony looks over a huge oak table that seats 30 guests, a great feasting menu cooking over fire pits makes a unique dining experience.

The original Victorian conservatory is now a great space for a meeting, bright and airy with fabulous views over the Italian garden. Built in projector and screen, surround sound speakers, & air conditioning Seats 18 board room comfortable with breakout space for refreshment.

The south facing drawing room looks out over the front lawn and the Devon countryside. The beautiful bay windows fill the room with natural light although they also still have the original shutters if blackout is required. This room has built in AV, a large plasma screen, speakers all connected via HDMI cable
