This private floor is a great space for more intimate events and gatherings. With large seating areas and comfortable sofas and throws this is a beautiful relaxing environment. Ideal for baby showers, anniversaries, birthdays, celebrations and large family gatherings. Perfect for unplugged acoustic nights as well as poetry readings, creative writing groups, and book groups. We also run various children's events from this space (Pokémon Club).

This room provides an ideal space for photography classes, having already been used by Sunderland University to take pictures of the City Centre. If you want to exhibit some photos/pictures we have more than enough room for that also. The Seaburn Suite lends itself to play rehearsals, auditions and film making. We already use the space on a regular basis for our acting group who write scripts and film an amateur panel show. If you are a photographer looking for a studio, we can help.
