The Cotton Theatre is bright, comfortable and a welcoming tiered screening room. Its city centre location makes The Cotton Theatre an ideal venue to host screenings after work, as the nearby transport links make it extremely accessible. This space features a stage, lectern and full AV and PA equipment. This space includes a complimentary registration area to provide your guests with a warm welcome.
Meeting and Syndicate rooms

Our 12 meeting and syndicate rooms offer smaller rooms for informal meetings or break out spaces from our larger rooms. The various bright spaces benefit from the natural daylight, air conditioning and Wi-Fi access. These rooms can be added on to your main conference space, or alternatively can be hired individually.
Graphene Suite

One of our larger rooms, with the flexibility to split into 2 rooms. As a whole the maximum capacity theatre style is 116 or 64 cabaret. The room has built in projectors and screens, along with speakers and excellent Wi-Fi connections. The Graphene is on the ground floor with natural daylight and air conditioning. Ideal space for team meetings, training, examinations, small conferences.
Edgerton Suite
Capacity: Up to 40 Reception guests
