The space is perfect for hosting studio events, non-profits, galas, holiday parties, and various celebrations. The venue offers a flat fee with no additional taxes or surcharges, providing flexibility in creating the perfect event. With exclusive use for one event per day, the Lobby offers a 10-hour time period with set-up, event, and clean-up time. Facilities include 200 Gold Chiavari chairs, round and 72” round tables, a Grand Piano, bars, vintage décor, a flat-screen monitor, an Event Supervisor, security, and lawn games. The capacity ranges from 200 seated guests to 300 standing or theatre-style seating. The venue works exclusively with a full-service catering company, offering options for food, beverages, and rentals.
