The Flatmates Den Our downstairs space is a quirky open plan event space with a long bar, DJ station, projector with Nintendo 64, Board Games and Poker and Backgammon tables - perfect for events with ample space for dancing and mingling late into the night.

Set on the lower floor, The Flatmates Den is a fully private hireable space. It comes equipped with a DJ booth, vinyl station, fancy dress box, poker and backgammon tables and it's own bar for serving up killer cocktails all evening ! The Den has a capacity of up to 100 standing and is perfect for large birthday groups, private hire, and celebrations. Whether it's a sophisticated drinks party, a roaring house party, or anything in between, start the evening off with cocktails and canapés then hit the dance floor for a rip roaring evening of late night boogying!
